  1. Video Proof: A clear unboxing video of the product showing the packaging, product condition, and order details.

  2. Image Proof: At least 2–3 clear images of the product highlighting the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item).

  3. Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will not be accepted without the required video and images.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

  • Items returned without the required video and image evidence

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
